Me and my friend were in utter shock and disbelief proceeded to leave. At this point the lady became incredibly agitated and rude and abruptly took our wine glasses away and told us and I quote “you cannot finish your drinks, you must leave immediately from my bar” and she continued “people wait for an hour and a half and do not complain like you do” She was pointing wand waiving her finger and in a very unpleasant loud tone told us to get out. After a while we requested that same lady if we could get some water because we were waiting outside in warm weather for over an hour and we complained to her that it has been quite a while that we have waiting for a place to sit, and if she could do something about it. We accepted this and went back to sitting at the stool that was provided to us outside the bar. She then informed us that we cannot sit at the table because she then decided to place some people who came much after us but wanted to have dinner. After approximately 35 min as we were about to sit at the free table another lady staff member approached us and asked if we are having dinner or just drinks, at which point we informed her that we will be having only drinks i.e. The staff member informed us that a table would be available in approximately 10-15 min. the bar was at full capacity and a staff member was kind enough to provide us with one stool and two glasses of wine while we were waiting for a table to become free. What started of as a very promising experience was marred by incredibly unfriendly, rude and unprofessional lady staff member.
